Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of innovative construction solutions? At Tarmac , were looking for a Technical Product Support Manager to join our dynamic commercial team and drive the success of our Value Added Products (VAPs) across Aggregates & Asphalt.
- Champion the launch and growth of new products, ensuring swift client approvals and contractor adoption
- Provide expert technical guidance to customers and colleagues, influencing decisions with fact-based insights
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Technical teams to deliver profitable, market-ready solutions
- Promote Tarmac VAPs at industry events and contribute to client communications
- Identify future R&D opportunities and support trials for innovative products
- Build strong relationships with Local Authorities, Key Contractors, and National Contracting teams to secure long-term supply deals
- Membership of relevant industry bodies
- Strong technical knowledge of Aggregates & Asphalt products and testing methods
- Experience with Quality Assurance systems and production processes
