A specialist recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager in London to oversee high-value projects from tender preparation to delivery. This role requires strong contract management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement skills. Candidates should have proven experience in construction or fit-out environments, with the ability to handle multiple projects and maintain compliance. The position is full-time and office-based, with a salary range of £75,000 - £80,000 per annum.

- Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager in construction or related fields.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management.
- Ability to accurately cost projects and manage varying scale budgets.
Responsabilidades
- Oversees full lifecycle of projects including tender preparation and delivery.
- Acts as main contact for clients and manages construction schedules.
- Identifies and manages unexpected costs and compliance with standards.
