We are seeking an accomplished and detail-driven Senior Site Manager to join a leading high-end residential contractor based in London. Specialising in luxury refurbishments of prime properties up to £10M, this role offers the opportunity to oversee some of the capital's most prestigious and architecturally ambitious residential projects.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Site Manager, you will lead the on-site delivery of complex, high-value refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget. You will manage all site activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and take ownership of driving projects from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of site operations on luxury residential refurbishment projects
• Lead project planning, site setup, and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety, quality control, and compliance standards
• Work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and the internal team to ensure clear communication and successful delivery
• Monitor budgets, variations, and programme schedules, reporting to senior management
• Mentor junior site staff and support team development

Requirements:

• Proven track record in delivering high-end residential refurbishments in London, ideally £5M-£10M+ in value
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Deep understanding of construction methods, high-spec finishes, and luxury detailing
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
• Ability to manage multiple trades and ensure meticulous execution across all project phases
