As Pre-construction Manager, you will be based at my client’s South London office. You will split your time between site and their head office Monday to Friday. My client is looking for someone who is capable of specifying, detailing, pricing, programming, managing tenders (or just from a rough client brief), managing client meetings, managing the statutory aspects (contracts, LTA, CDM, building control planning, etc.), as well as internal team management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience as a Pre-construction Manager with an office design and build contractor.
  • Within an hour’s commute of South-West London.
