• Proficient in using construction and maintenance equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and plumbing tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with maintenance team members and contractors.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager.
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies as required.
• Assist in installing equipment, appliances, and furniture.
• Must be physically fit, capable of lifting up to 60 lbs., climbing ladders, and comfortable working on staging, bending, and kneeling.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Perform snow removal and landscaping duties as needed.
• Replace HVAC filters and perform drain cleaning.
• Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
