Job summary
A leading construction firm in Perth is seeking a 360 Operative for a short-term contract. The role involves operating a 360-degree excavator for groundworks and requires a valid CPCS/NPORS card. Candidates should have proven experience in the field, a commitment to safety, and must provide their own PPE. The pay rate is £20 per hour, with an immediate start available.
Qualifications
- Valid CPCS/NPORS card required for 360 Excavator operation.
- Proven experience in operating a 360 machine.
- Strong commitment to health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operate a 360-degree excavator for groundworks.
- Conduct daily safety checks on machinery.
- Assist with general groundwork duties when necessary.
Skills
- Role: 360 Driver
- Location: Perth
- Start Date: Monday
- Duration: 3 weeks
- Pay Rate: £20 per hour (CIS)
- Operate a 360-degree excavator safely and efficiently to perform trial holes and other groundworks.
- Work accurately to the provided site plans and instructions.
- Conduct daily safety checks on the machinery and report any faults or issues immediately.
- Assist with general groundwork duties on site when not operating the machine.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the site foreman and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Valid CPCS/NPORS card for a 360 Excavator.
- Proven experience operating a 360 machine, specifically with trial holes.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to health and safety on site.
- Must have full PPE.
