A company at Oxford Airport is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and professional team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to passengers, crew, and visitors at the airport terminal, including meet and greet services, customer engagement, and lounge assistance. Candidates must have their own transport due to the location and hours, with shifts planned six months in advance, including early mornings (6am-2:30pm), late shifts (2pm-10:30pm), and days off. The salary is £26,500, with 28 days holiday, a 5% pension contribution, a smart uniform, and a supportive team environment.
