Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a Complex Care Assistant. You will support clients with various complex needs, including paediatric patients requiring ventilator management. Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives while evolving your skills in a supportive environment. A full-time position with no remote work option is available.

  • Full nurse-led training will be provided.

What youll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages in the community and in their homes with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And youll never know what challenges youre about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though is that youll be making your clients days brighter whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

Our paediatric client needs support to live in their own home due to a congenital condition. You will help manage their ventilator, PEG feeds, medication and mobility support them to be independent where possible and interact with rest of their family members.

Qualifications : What youll need

Experience in care is not a requirement for this position. Just plenty of care, compassion and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training.
