A leading GP Federation in Brighton is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver general practice nursing care to the practice population. The role involves providing evidence-based practice, managing patient care including immunisations, and participating in quality governance systems. The ideal candidate must have experience as a qualified nurse, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a learning healthcare environment.
The post holder is responsible for the delivery of general practice nursing care to the whole practice population. Key elements of the role are the delivery of evidence based practice for patients presenting with an immediate nursing need or a long term condition and the provision of preventative health care to the practice population.
