Proactive Personnel is recruiting for a permanent Legal Secretary role in Chester. The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal environment, particularly in wills, trusts, and tax. You should be confident, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
• Competitive salary up to £25,000
• Death in service cover

• Legal audio transcription and copy typing
• Case system and diary management
• Filing and general administration, including handling incoming and outgoing post
• Word processing and audio typing
• Working independently with confidence and organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
