Pro rata of GBP26,716 - GBP41,659 (ie, GBP13,358 - GBP20,829.50)

18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Are you an experienced and passionate health or care professional? Do you want to inspire the next generation of nurses, carers, or social workers?

Brighton MET College is seeking dedicated Lecturers in Health and Social Care to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a sector that touches every one of us, by delivering engaging, high-quality teaching to our motivated students.

As a Lecturer, you ll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting learners as they develop the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence they need to succeed in their careers. Your passion and expertise will help spark their interest and prepare them for impactful roles in the health and care industries.

What we re looking for:

  • A relevant Level 3 (or higher) professional qualification in health, care, or social care.
  • A teaching qualification or the willingness to gain one with our support.
  • A genuine desire to support learners and contribute to their professional journey.
