What you’ll do

As a Team Leader, you’ll:

• Create smooth shifts even during busy periods
• Train and certify new Baristas
• Drive success for yourself and your team
• Develop new recipes to energise your team
• Maintain high standards, from excellent espresso to monthly coffee excellence scores
