Qualifications
- Voluntary or paid experience supporting vulnerable people.
- 12+ months in a role where you've hit targets (sales, customer service, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Support a small caseload of clients with mental health needs or physical disabilities.
- Assist clients from assessment to job searching and coaching.
- Provide in-work support in the IPS Employment Support model.
