Job summary
A precision machining company in Stonehouse is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Setter for full-time, permanent day shifts. The role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling and Mill Turn machines using Fanuc controls or Fusion 360. Candidates should have experience in a precision environment and be able to work to fine tolerances, with a salary range of £40,500 to £46,600 depending on experience.

- Experience programming, setting and operating CNC Milling and/or Mill Turn machines.
- Proficiency with Fanuc controls or Fusion 360.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
Responsibilities
- Program, set and operate CNC Milling and/or CNC Mill Turn machines using Fanuc controls or Fusion 360.
- Produce components from carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and Inconel in a precision machining environment.
- Check own work using measuring tools and gauges, with strong attention to detail.

- Proficiency with Fanuc controls or Fusion 360.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
- Experience producing parts for oil and gas, medical, automotive, and pharmaceutical industries is beneficial.
