A leading cleaning service provider in Adel, Leeds is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to ensure high standards in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. This role offers £12.71 per hour (with holiday pay) and the possibility of permanent employment.
Qualificações
- Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lead by example.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable and punctual, with a hands-on approach.
- UK Driving Licence Advantageous.
Responsabilidades
- Supervising daily cleaning operations to a high standard.
- Monitoring staff attendance and ensuring adequate coverage on site.
- Assigning cleaning duties to team members.
- Reporting site updates and issues directly to the Area Manager.
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the premises.
Conhecimentos
Cleaning Supervisor - Adel, Leeds LS16
Location: Adel, Leeds LS16
Pay: £12.71 per hour (with holiday pay) / £14.19 per hour (paid in rate)
Hours: 6:00am - 10:00am, Tuesday to Saturday
Start Date: Around Friday 15th August
Contract: Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Adel, Leeds LS16.
Supervising daily cleaning operations to a high standard
Monitoring staff attendance and ensuring adequate coverage on site
Assigning cleaning duties to team members
Reporting site updates and issues directly to the Area Manager
Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the premises
Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role
Strong attention to detail and ability to lead by example
Good communication and organisational skills
Reliable and punctual, with a hands-on approach
- UK Driving Licence Advantageous
