- Produce weekly rota's following manager guidelines
- Order stock to maintain correct levels
- Delegate tasks and ensure the team stays proactive
- Follow all Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations
- Previous experience supervising a frontline team in a similar environment
- Good communication skills and a focus on excellent customer service
- A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive approach
