Job description

Cleaning Supervisor needed to cover Newton Heath, City Centre and Gorton, £15.20ph PAYE - Reference: 372664

7-3, 8-4 or 9-5 Monday to Friday

Full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle with insurance for business purposes

You will ideally -

• Ability to motivate staff and ensure standards are met and achieved across sites
• Have experience of managing staff which will include induction and training, dealing with attendance and performance issues, maintaining and ordering stock/ supplies, booking annual leave, organising rota’s and cover for holidays and sickness
• Have a good understanding of the English language both verbal communication and written text. The successful candidate will need to liaise with staff, other line managers and senior managers within the organisation
• Have an understanding of health and safety particularly around COSHH requirements and the safe use of equipment, supervisors must have the ability to carry out safety checks on equipment and work areas and report any defects or faults
• Be able to visit their specific sites on a daily and weekly basis. The supervisor will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle with insurance for business purposes

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
