We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Eurest on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Checking and storing all deliveries promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team and creating a positive environment where team members feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties
• Producing weekly rotas following manager guidelines
• Placing stock orders to maintain correct stock levels
• Delegating tasks and ensuring the team is proactive
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Following Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal Cafe Supervisor will:

• Have previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
• Possess good communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude
• Be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
