We are actively recruiting dependable and experienced Cover Supervisors to join our dedicated supply team, serving a vibrant network of secondary schools across the Birmingham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled education professionals looking to work flexibly while positively impacting students' lives across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be crucial in maintaining a consistent and productive learning environment during short-term teacher absences.

• Whole Class Supervision: Independently supervise whole classes, ensuring students stay on track with their pre-planned work across various subjects.
• Effective Behaviour Management: Utilise strong behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive, focused, and respectful learning environment.
• Student Support: Support the learning and development of students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Year 7 - Year 11).
• General Duties: Assist with essential school duties, including exam invigilation and supporting school events, as needed.

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable professional with a genuine passion for education.

• Proven experience working in a secondary school setting (as a Cover Supervisor, HLTA, or experienced Teaching Assistant).
• Demonstrable strong behaviour management skills and the confidence to apply them consistently.
• The flexibility and confidence to deliver pre-planned lessons across diverse subject areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate young people.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working effectively in different school settings in the West Midlands.
