You will join an existing team of over 40 to ensure ongoing excellent service for current clients. You will build trust and develop new business. You will have access to top technology and the support of a dedicated customer care team. Your focus will be on clients, not admin.
Long-term, you have the option to move into a self-employed role with a firm offering some of the best commission splits. Three team members have already made this transition, but the choice is yours.
In the meantime, you will receive a competitive income. In year one, you can earn GBP48,750 - GBP50,750, excluding sales bonuses. By year two, this can increase to GBP53,000 annually, also excluding bonuses.

Regarding onboarding and training, you'll benefit from a well-structured environment. This program has trained over 30 advisers with no prior financial planning experience, so you'll be in excellent hands.
