Construction Solicitor - Bristol

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Construction Solicitor to join our Top 50 law firm client. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior construction solicitor to join a large, leading construction team who span Bristol and London. The successful construction solicitor will be joining the Bristol office on a hybrid basis.

This leading, top tier professional indemnity team are looking for a solicitor to focus on construction indemnity matters on behalf of the insured.

Responsibilities:

  • Working on a high value caseload of claims against construction professionals acting for the defendant.
  • Matters include pre and post litigation - you will be providing advice and adjudication, arbitration, risk management and coverage.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex cases.
  • Deliver a high level of client care - producing work to a high quality and timely standard.
  • Manage client relationships.


Qualifications:

  • 1-4 PQE in construction litigation. If this has been as part of your training contract or since qualifying, we want to hear from you!
  • Experience of insurance litigation is desirable but not essential. Please still apply if your construction experience has been a part of a wider litigation caseload.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
