Job summary
A recruitment firm is seeking a Case Manager for their Property TPA Division in Birmingham. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and managing claims through to settlement for Household, Commercial Property, and Real Estate. Candidates should have a proactive approach and strong report writing skills, while liaising effectively with insurers and stakeholders. This position offers an opportunity to work alongside a national team and handle a diverse caseload.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and claims management.
- Ability to write detailed reports and recommendations for settlement.
- Proactive approach in liaising with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage claims from inception to settlement in the Property TPA Division.
- Work closely with a national team of field Adjusters.
- Ensure client service level criteria are met.
