Personal Assistant, Usk Monmouthshire,12 month contract; 20 hours per week; Inside IR35

We currently have a requirement for a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to 3-4 Directors and will be managed, supported and directed by a Team Leader. The role is working with a prestigious aerospace sector client based near Usk, Monmouthshire . The role is part time , 20 hours per week with 1-2 days required on site.

Typical duties
  • Maintaining the Director’s complex calendar - scheduling of meetings, conference calls and appointments, ensuring effective utilisation of time and travel
  • Ensure paperwork is readily available for the Director in order to prepare for forthcoming meetings
  • Process monthly expense claims ensuring that business travel is recorded and submitted appropriately
  • Coordinating travel, hotel and transportation both local and international
  • Ensure information is filed correctly and easily accessible via online Portal
  • Maintain effective professional relationships with vendors and business contacts
  • Support and action other supplementary services, such as, hospitality, visitor information, site visits, IT requests
