Access Talent Group are currently working with one of the country’s leading medium sized consultancies. They are looking to bring into their Oxford Team a Structural Engineer. This role will see you working on a varied pipeline, from heritage work to multi‑story buildings. You will be involved in the progression of the company, ranging from hiring future team members to being involved in the bidding processes of new and upcoming projects. The clients you will be working for include the NHS and other notable names in the UK.
In this role, you will be offered a market‑leading salary as well as a very generous holiday allowance of 33 days. You will have the option to be put through courses which you feel will benefit your skills as a Technician. There is no requirement to work in the office 5 days a week. A policy allows you to work half the time at home.
