A leading international design consultancy in Manchester is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer for a long-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and mentor junior engineers. The position is based out of the Warrington office, with a blend of office and remote work. Candidates must have experience within the nuclear sector and be chartered with IStructE or ICE. This role will keep you engaged and continually challenged.

  • Ability to get to site and obtain security clearance.

Access Talent Group are currently working with a leading international design consultancy who are looking to bring on a Principal Structural Engineer on a long term contract basis to work on both UK and International project work. This is a position that will have you based out of their Warrington office.

In this role you will be working on one of the countries most notable projects which would be sure to keep you busy and on your toes. This will be a long term position which will see you have the opportunity to mentor more junior engineers who may not have as much experience as yourself in the industry this project is in. There is also a mix between being in the office and home, so no two days will be the same.

To be considered for this role:
  • Be an Experienced Structural Engineer
  • Experience within the Nuclear Sector – new build and decommissioning
  • Be Chartered with IStructE or ICE
  • Able to get to site and obtain security clearance
  • Experience with seismic modelling and FEA
