About the Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to pupils in Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. You will foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging children to achieve their best academically, socially, and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that promotes learning and celebrates achievement.
• Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress and use this data to inform planning and interventions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, using a positive and consistent approach.
• Tailor teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of learners, including SEN and EAL pupils.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and school events.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent) is essential.
• Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
• Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Ability to plan, assess, and deliver outstanding learning experiences.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Have anupdated CV(covering thelast ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) andan enhanced DBSregistered to theUpdate Service(or be willing to apply for one).
