We're looking for a General Manager for an Adult Dining (Signature) pub with hotel rooms. Salary up to £55,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Fishermans Cot in Tiverton and lead the team to success!

The Fishermans Cot is situated on a river in a beautiful setting on the outskirts of Tiverton. It has regular local visitors for adult dining.

The pub turns over approximately £35,000 per week on a 60% (wet sales), 30% (dry sales), 10% (rooms sales). There is huge potential to increase trade through driving the hotel trade and building on the wet and dry sales.

We are looking for a food focussed operator with a background in premium dining and hotel businesses.

Management accommodation is available in the form of 3 bedroom cottage within the grounds.
