A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Data & CRM Analyst to support a global FMCG client in Kingston upon Thames. This full-time role involves managing CRM systems, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with sales teams to enhance customer engagement. Ideal candidates have at least 4 years' experience in sales support or data analysis, preferably within FMCG. Competitive compensation with a mix of onsite and remote work available.
Manpower is currently seeking an interim Data & CRM Analyst, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 6 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £42,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
This role is business critical, so unfortunately, we cannot accept applications with more than 2-4 weeks\' notice period.

You will be part of the Out of Home department which consists of different sales teams (Trade, KAM and Field). You will report to the Operational Excellence and Field Lead Manager. You are responsible for managing the CRM system, day-to-day field sales admin tasks, analyses of sales data, and identifying growth opportunities and efficiencies. Your insights will directly influence who we visit, when, and with what message-ensuring every sales conversation counts. You will work together with the various sales teams to initiate opportunities as well as integrate digital tools into the teams to ensure the contact strategy includes both digital and physical. You will stimulate a culture within OOH where data insights, innovations and digital improvements are continuously considered.
