A not-for-profit leisure trust is seeking a General Manager for their Braintree Swimming and Fitness centre. This role focuses on driving business performance, managing operations, and developing a team to deliver high-quality leisure services. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in leisure facilities and a passion for improving community wellbeing. The position offers a salary of up to £33,000 per annum and various employee benefits.

We are looking for a General Manager to look after our Braintree Swimming and Fitness centre.

Salary: up to £33,000 per annum.
