A public service organisation in the United Kingdom is looking for a Team Leader for the Planning and Operational Support Team. This is a full‑time role. You will report to a HEO manager. As Team Leader, you will line‑manage up to 8 AO's depending on which training jurisdictions you are assigned. Other duties include flexible working and any other duties reasonably requested by line management commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this post.
The Judicial College supports the Lady Chief Justice and the Senior President of Tribunals in the organisation of training for the judiciary. Working with the College Board, we support senior members of the judiciary in setting the direction for training, ensuring the College has the right support to provide advice on design and delivery, innovating digital systems and organising seminars. We deliver roughly 2,000 judicial seminars each year and are expanding our programme to meet emerging training needs and to incorporate more digital platforms and e‑learning.
The College is based at four sites – London, Loughborough, Leeds and Glasgow – and this post can be based in London or Leeds, with travel to the other sites as required.
National salary range: £29,303 – £31,061. London salary range: £33,551 – £35,564. Salary will depend on base location.
