Corporate Tax Compliance Senior Manager

With a collaborative culture, high technical standards, and a people-first approach, the firm is now seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Compliance Senior Managerto lead a high-performing team and manage a varied portfolio of clients.

The Opportunity
In this management role, you will take responsibility for overseeing corporate tax compliance for a diverse range of clients, Working closely with Partners, you will play a key role in client service delivery, operational management, and people management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of corporate tax compliance clients
• Review and oversee work produced by the team, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and hands-on support
• Contribute to business development activities, identifying and winning new client opportunities
• Support operational management, including billing and workflow processes

Specialist Areas of Expertise

• Employer compliance reviews
• EMI advice and reporting
• Employment-related securities reporting
• EIS and SEIS advice and applications
• Off-payroll/IR35 compliance
• Statutory and non-statutory clearances

About You

• CA/ACCA or ATT/CTA qualified (or equivalent experience) with strong technical and review skills
• Significant experience in corporate tax compliance. Exposure to employment taxes and share schemes is advantageous but not essential
• Skilled in leading, managing, and developing a team
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, adaptable, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities
