Job description

The Senior Systems Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing management of the main HCT SystmOne publishing unit, setting standards and processes to ensure the safe and effective management of clinical systems.

The Clinical System in use by HCT is predominantly SystmOne and so the post holder will be expected to have a high level of SystmOne configuration expertise and experience. Thepost holder must also be able to demonstrate previous strong leadership skills and experience.

Main duties of the job
  • To provide system expertise in the delivery of complex and high priority systemchanges.
  • Line management of the Project deployment & Operational Analysts to provide high level expertise and guidance.
  • To provide the Clinical System team with high level of SystmOne expertise, offering support, and guidance to resolve any risks and issues.
  • To contribute to a culture of continuous performance improvement to improve patientcare.
  • To contribute to organisational transformational plans and projects, providing SystmOne expertise and knowledge to assist with delivery of service improvements.
