A major healthcare provider in Southern England is seeking a Pharmacy Support Worker for their Homecare team. This role involves receipting goods, processing invoices, and managing prescriptions within an inclusive and dynamic environment. Candidates should possess relevant GCSEs, IT skills, and the ability to work independently. Opportunities for training and advancement are available. We are looking for a friendly and hardworking individual to join our busy Homecare team as a Pharmacy support worker within University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS). Homecare is a service that involves arranging medication and treatments for over 8900 patients in their homes via 12 different Homecare providers. We are a small but expanding team of 14 staff consisting of 2 Pharmacy Technicians, 1 Senior Officer, 2 Advanced Senior Pharmacy Support Workers, 6 Senior Pharmacy Support Workers, and 3 Pharmacy Support Workers. The department operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:30.

This role is office based and involves receipting goods & processing invoices for payment through our CMM computer system. Other duties include answering the phone, and taking in prescriptions handed in via our hatch.
