Job summary
An outsourced HR support provider in West Yorkshire seeks an experienced HR Consultant to advise SME clients on employee relations and other HR matters. The role entails managing a diverse HR caseload, delivering leadership training, and providing expert guidance across the full HR spectrum. With a requirement for at least 2 years of experience and a CIPD qualification, the role offers flexibility, a performance-related bonus scheme, and benefits including 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
