Mindsearch is seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and focus on the medical sector in the UK. This is a 360 role that involves prospecting new clients in the health and medical sector, developing strong relationships with clients, and sourcing and finding new candidates in the medical or administrative sector.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new clients within the medical and health sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Source and identify qualified candidates in the medical and administrative sector
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions in the medical sector
Requirements
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or B2B sales in the medical sector
- Strong understanding of the medical and health industry in the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sales acumen
- Knowledge of administrative and medical roles is a plus
Salary:
- Base salary up to £40,000 + commission up to 20% of your earnings

Multi-Tasking Skills – Comfortable handling emails, calls, and sales admin tasks efficiently. Lead Generation & Appointment Setting – Ability to secure meetings with decision-makers and present our services persuasively. Proven Sales Experience – 2-4 years in new business sales or recruitment, ideally with key account clients. Recruitment Sales Experience?
