A leading HR consultancy in the United Kingdom seeks a Part-time HR Advisor to support HR functions, including administration and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 and 2-3 years of HR advisory experience. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, HR documentation, and ensuring a compliant workplace. The role offers flexible hours with competitive pay ranging from £13 to £18 per hour based on experience.

As the HR Assistant, you’ll contribute to maintaining a compliant, approachable and effective HR service. You’ll support recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, policy updates, employee communication and day-to-day people processes, helping managers deliver on key objectives.
You’ll also support the creation of a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace by ensuring HR practices and training remain aligned with current legislation and best practice.
