Seeking a dynamic and visionary Careers Co-ordinator to lead our CEIAG programme across Years 7–13. You’ll work with students, staff, and employers to make sure every young person leaves us ready for the world beyond school.

• Design and deliver a whole-school careers programme
• Guide students through UCAS, apprenticeships, and work-based routes
• Build partnerships with universities, employers, and training providers
• Lead events like career fairs and mentoring programmes
• Offer 1:1 support that helps students find their spark

• Energy, organisation, and genuine passion for helping young people plan their next steps. A Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance (or willingness to gain it) is highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
