- Maintain a clear overview of team capacity and workflow.
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks in resource allocation.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of creative talent as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Creative Resource Manager should have:
