Job summary
A children's care provider in NW London is seeking a full-time Deputy Registered Care Manager to support a new children's home. The role involves working with a clinical team to implement therapeutic strategies and provide leadership to staff, ensuring high standards of care in a nurturing environment. Candidates should have relevant certifications and experience in SEMH provisions, alongside strong organizational skills in creating a supportive home for children who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences.

This is a full‑time role for a Deputy Registered Care Manager for a children's home in Northwest London. The role involves day‑to‑day tasks related to working alongside a dedicated clinical team and a highly experienced manager to create a nurturing and supportive home for children that have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). This is a new therapeutic SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) provision in NW London.
- Work in collaboration with the clinical team to develop and implement therapeutic strategies.
- Provide leadership and support to the staff team.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and support for the children.
- Foster a safe, loving, and positive environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience of working in a similar role within SEMH provisions.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare or social services
- Be passionate for making a difference in children's lives
- Committed to creating a therapeutic and supportive home environment
- Training and Social Services experience
