Deputy Registered Manager for a children's home in NW London

This is a full‑time role for a Deputy Registered Care Manager for a children's home in Northwest London. The role involves day‑to‑day tasks related to working alongside a dedicated clinical team and a highly experienced manager to create a nurturing and supportive home for children that have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). This is a new therapeutic SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) provision in NW London.

Responsibilities
  • Work in collaboration with the clinical team to develop and implement therapeutic strategies.
  • Provide leadership and support to the staff team.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and support for the children.
