Ideal candidates have 4-6 years of PQE, solid experience in fund documentation, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications
- 4-6 PQE in funds, with common law candidates welcomed.
- Solid experience in drafting and negotiating essential fund documents.

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and transactions.
Responsabilités
- Draft and negotiate key fund documents.
- Lead fund formation for various types of funds.
- Provide regulatory advice on AIFMD and financial promotions.
- Mentor junior associates and shape business development efforts.
