We are delighted to announce we are currently recruiting for a Lead Sourcing Specialist to join our team at our site in Rugby. Within this role you will be responsible for developing and managing an existing supply chain ensuring that components are delivered according to Quality, Cost and Time as per the project needs. This role is predominantly project based; small volume, high value and critical items and will involve managing a small number of key suppliers ensuring that they deliver to the timing schedule. As a Lead Sourcing Specialist you will also be managing suppliers that are unproven and are first time making those parts.
This work is undertaken with UK Defence customers which will require any individual applying for the role to hold or be capable of getting SC Level clearance, be a British Citizen and working or have residency in the UK for a minimum of 5 years. Applicants not cleared will not be accepted into the business until this clearance is provided. Dual passport holders are acceptable if the second country is approved by the vetting authority.
