Salary circa £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus car allowance & bonuses

Compass Associates are excited to exclusively partner with a leading provider within the Consumer Health market to recruit for an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of well-performing sites.

This newly created role is an opportunity to join a well-established, market leader and help be a part of their exciting journey ahead!

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting your portfolio of sites to achieve financial and commercial targets, with the aim of increasing private patient referrals and profitability. You will work closely with the Regional Operations Director to ensure that the services are marketed effectively and that the quality of service remains at an all time high.

Additionally, you will support your sites through your strong commercial acumen and achieve business goals around growth and transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business management, business transformation, people development and financial acumen.

You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. You will possess a strong business acumen and be able to think strategically and creatively.

Experience within the Consumer Market is essential; those without a healthcare or retail background need not apply.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of circa £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a hybrid working pattern. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking business and make a real difference.
