This luxury, boutique service is commutable from Weymouth, Bridport, Axminster, Beaminster, Chard, Exmouth, Lyme Regis, West Bay and Yeovil. Relocation support and accommodation can also be provided.
As the appointed care home manager / registered manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring it remains fully compliant with CQC requirements and continues to deliver exceptional, person‑centred care. You will manage a talented team, oversee budgets, and lead with both compassion and strong business acumen.
The successful care home manager / registered manager will bring:
- Previous experience as a care home manager / registered manager within elderly residential or nursing care
- Nurse qualification (RGN / RMN) preferred, though not essential
- A proven track record of compliance and high‑quality care delivery
- Strong leadership, staff development, and business management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding
