Coventry Residential Children’s Services currently have several well-established children’s homes within the city. Our family-style homes offer individualised care for children aged 10 to 18 years, who have a diverse range of needs and may have been impacted by childhood trauma.

The children in our care have diverse needs. Experience working with children and young people is essential, even if you haven't worked in residential care before. A driver’s license, good computer literacy, and communication skills are preferred, along with a commitment to professional development. We will support you to achieve the Diploma for Residential Childcare if you haven't already.

We are recruiting for Relief posts, supporting gaps on the rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins. A minimum of one shift per month is expected.
