Key Responsibilities

• Working on projects from tender stage taking responsibility for the tender packs highlighting risks, opportunities and any anticipated commercial issues.
• Ensuring projects are being built in line with current building regulations.
• Once sites are accepted doing full technical appraisals / reviews ensuring the full technical team required is in place ahead of construction.
• Liaising with the external technical team including architect and engineers from precon through to handover.
• Working with building control.
