Job summary
A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Consultant Engagement Manager in Maidstone. This role involves leading the development of a Consultant Engagement Strategy, building partnerships with consultants and GP referrers, and managing the Primary Care Liaison Team. The ideal candidate will possess a commercial mindset and a passion for healthcare, balancing strategic growth with operational excellence. Salary is between £45,000 and £48,000 for a full-time permanent position.

Location : KIMS Hospital, Maidstone (with travel to outreach centres in Sevenoaks, Orpington & Tunbridge Wells)

Salary : Between £45,000 to £48,000

As we continue to expand our consultant network and services, we're looking for a Consultant Engagement Manager to play a key role in driving growth, strengthening relationships, and shaping our future.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you'll lead on the development and delivery of a comprehensive Consultant Engagement Strategy — building strong partnerships with consultants, GP referrers, and allied health professionals to grow our private and NHS activity.
You'll also manage and mentor our Primary Care Liaison Team, ensuring cohesive working, high performance and exceptional service delivery.
