Concordium is looking for a Social and Community Lead!

About the Role

As our Social and Community Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of cultivating vibrant, engaged communities from our London office. Your mission? To create and execute impactful strategies that bring people together, strengthen connections, and amplify our global presence. Acting as the vital link between our passionate community and the Concordium team, you’ll spark meaningful conversations, foster collaboration, and inspire a sense of belonging across the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and manage Concordium’s global community across social media, forums, and other platforms.
• Create and execute community strategies and campaigns to drive engagement and loyalty.
• Serve as the voice of the community with the Concordium core team, ensuring feedback informs decision-making.
• Organize and host community events, such as AMAs, webinars, and meetups, both online and in-person.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and support for community needs.
• Monitor and report on community metrics to continuously improve strategies.

Your Qualifications

• Strong interest & understanding of the Web 3 industry and the stakeholders involved
• 5+ years of experience in successfully building and leading remote teams across different timezones within the Web3 space
• Hands on experience managing communities on Reddit, Discord, Telegram & Twitter
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Demonstrable understanding of all social and community metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Passionate about building relationships and driving meaningful engagement
