Job Title/Req Number: SuccessFactors Configuration & Solutions Manager

Base Location: London or Manchester

We are looking for outstanding consultants to join us, grow with us, and develop our SuccessFactors team, whilst deliver against our strategy through large-scale transformations programmes.

As the growth of our People practise continues, we are looking for Solution Leads who have experience of designing processes, configuring the solution and technically integration/data migrations in SuccessFactors to join our team.

What will you be doing?

Leadership & Management:

1. Able to independently lead and manage one or more functional workstreams, including managing small to medium sized combined onshore and offshore delivery teams.
2. Experienced with working collaboratively with clients and leading them along the journey through a finance transformation.

Stakeholder Interaction & Challenges:

1. Experience of working effectively with senior client representatives, including global process owners and senior business stakeholders.
2. Excellent interpersonal, team building, organisational and client collaboration skills.
3. Strong presentation skills and able positively influence client and internal stakeholders, including supporting ongoing opportunity pursuits and presenting at client orals.

Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance:

1. Well versed with project management and governance incl. management of project plans, status reports, issues, risks, assumptions and managing scope.
2. Experience with presenting solution position papers and points of view to client forums such as a Design Authority.

What will you need to do it?

Our candidates should have strong commercial acumen, hunger to learn and develop and be able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

1. Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills with well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of information.
2. Experience in a functional and/or technical role in a business or systems delivery environment preferably in more than one sector.
3. Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.).
4. Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills.
5. An awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.

Skills we'd love to see/Amazing Extras:

1. Certifications in multiple SAP Modules.
