Within our older adults’ homes, we aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where our Receptionist can provide a friendly and professional service, helping create a positive experience for visitors from the start. What you'll do :
  • Welcome visitors to the home : Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome and are directed to the appropriate person, or correct location within the home.
  • Answer telephone enquiries : Use your customer-focused approach to answer all telephone calls efficiently, professionally and in a friendly manner.
  • Maintain our home’s positive reputation : Deliver high standards of customer care to our residents, their families, friends and other visitors to the home.
